    after sleep mode.... delayed reactions


    creating a new discussion because no answers to the question from May in recent days, with new tests. anything suggested as a solution, no matter how irrelevant, made no difference. This is frustrating. But at least now I don't have to hit the reset button to use my pc.     For us to better assist with your issue on sleep mode, we'd like to ask a few questions.

    • Have you made any updates to your computer before experiencing this issue?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

    Sleep mode

    My Win 10 PC will not go into sleep mode. If I set and test the sleep mode with a 1 or 2 minute delay, it works. However if I set it for an hour or more, it does not kick in. MS help has been no help. Any suggestions?

    Mouse is not working, delayed reaction.

    New update is messing up, the wireless mouse on my computer and also on my friends computer. The mouse won't move, and then when it does move it has a delayed reaction and just moves along the screen.
