Windows 10: after sleep mode gray screen lines

hi, when trying to "awake" my computer from sleep mode, vertical grayish lines appear as my screen, turn off and on several times until reloads windows 10, how do I get rid of that screen?

Hi,

I got a Lumia 1020 a few days ago and absolutely love it, but I think my screen is glitchy. I thought I would check here for a possible solution before trying to get a replacement.

Here is my problem:

Whenever my screen goes into sleep mode, or whatever that would be called when it goes dark or is manually turned off, thin maybe pixel wide gray lines appear until the screen is full if them. When I turn the screen back on and do stuff on the phone they fade
back out again over maybe 10-15 seconds until the screen is normal again, and do not reappear so long as the screen is not switched off again.

I have tried restarting, and I tried turning off the clock that comes up when the screen sleeps, but no luck. It happens consistently every time the screen sleeps, but at no other time.

Any suggestions?

I had solved my 2D & gray screen issue using advice posted by erocker (see below)
Mainly it involves creating a profile and putting higher 2D clocks:

 

Laptop screen displays jittering horizontal lines when coming out of sleep mode.

Problem description: My eighteen-month-old laptop screen displays
alternating horizontal lines and constantly jitters up and down when coming out of
sleep mode. The only resolution I’ve found is to reboot or let it go into sleep mode a
second time, after which, upon reopening the screen-lid, the problem clears and the screen displays normally. Any suggestions? Thank you.
