Windows 10: after spoofing my intel i211 gigabyt network right code 10

i tried too unistall reinstall driver , update and all but my etehrent cable is not detect but before the spoof the ethernet working

Gigagbyte board with Intel i211 nic wont wake up on network access, on on WOL magic packet

All my machines running identical Windows 10 setups wake on lan access. This means, I can send SMB, HTTP of RDP requests and they wake up. Then, this one Gigabyte board, only wakes on a WOL magic packet.

I cant imagine Intel screwed up their i211 nic. I doubt Gigabyte did the same (though this is an Aurus board and the BIOS leaves much to be desired).

What could it be?

• The onboard adapter was working fine until recently when I encountered the "Code 10" error and there is no internet connection at all.

• I've tested the adapter in Safe Mode with Networking, didn't work at all , and of course the "Code 10" error still occurs in normal mode.
  
• The adapter's LED lights are slightly blinking, suggesting some level of activity.
  
• I've also tried using the Intel Ethernet Flash Firmware Utility (BootUtil) to diagnose and update the firmware, but I'm encountering difficulties initializing the adapter.
