Windows 10: After Start Up, Notepad appears with a Desktop.ini file commands

I was recently researching a computer virus I might have. I downloaded a couple of virus checkers, Malwarebytes and HitMan Pro. I only installed the Malwarebytes. Since then, every time I boot the PC, Notepad appears with a file named "desktop". The file is located here:C:\program data\microsoft\windows\start menu\programs\start upThe commands are:[.ShellClassInfo] LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787I've scanned this file with antivirus software and malwarebytes and it doesn't show it being a problem. How do I stop it from appearing after I boot up the PC?Apprec

Does open on a .ini file just open the file in Notepad in Windows 10 1903?

Does open on a .ini (configuration setting) file just open (not run) the file in Notepad in Windows 10 1903? Right-clicking shows open and edit on .ini.

GetSections() will return a string[] of section names. If you want the values too, just do a for or for loop to enumerate them. For example:
