  3. Leap Second - Can't synchronize my clock with real time.

Because a leap second was added, I can't synchronize my PC/Windows Clock with the real time, it's always going to be 2-3 seconds late. Even when I tried to change it manually, the clock was still late. My TimeZone is Eastern European Time (UTC +2). Are there
    any solutions to this problem?

    Thanks for reading.

After synchronizing the time on my laptop gradually reduced from one second to two seconds....

Hw to reduce the default background time to 30 seconds instead of 1 minute?

*Original Title: default background time change

I'd like to know how to reduce the default background time to 30 seconds instead of 1 minute.

even if it's a registry string code.

win 8.1 had a default time selection down to 10 seconds.
