Windows 10: After taking screenshot on Windows 11 the open screenshot option is in Russian even though...

After I take a screenshot below the "Screenshot copied to cut board" window is the "Open screenshot" option and that option is in Russian even though the window is in Finnish otherwise. I have Russian as a third language on my computer, I mean the keyboard.

Screenshots-no option for opening via Paint

I'm sorry but I'm not referring to the ability of Paint to open a screenshot, but the listing of suggested apps in opening a screenshot via file explorer. This is what I mean:





There's no option to open it via Paint. So I wonder why.

 

How to be given option to save screenshot

The screenshot (using Win + Shift + S) is saved automatically to the following folder:

For each screen snip, two image files would be saved. One is the thumbnail/miniature version (whose dimensions are always 364x180) and the other is the original screenshot.

Update:

The future versions of the Windows 11 Snipping Tool will have a built-in option ("Automatically save screenshots") to save snips to the "Pictures\Screenshots" folder automatically. The feature was introduced in Windows 11 22H2 insider build 25211.
