Windows 10: after the last update Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup will not go...

Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup shows complet but stops at 20%. Started this right after last update.

dism /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup Error: 5

Hi .

Im running Windows 10 Pro x64 (1909 ) buid 10.0.18363.628

When I run the command :

dism /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

It stuck at 20%

and I get Error: 5

Access is denied.

In the dism.log I see this lines ...

I want to say the when I use the commands

dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth

dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

this comands works successfully , but when I try dism /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

then error: 5 Access denied

I would like know what cause this issue . and fix it

To troubleshoot your concern, we suggest that you run DISM Restore Health command. Refer to the steps provided below:

• Open Command Prompt (Administrator).
• Type the following command:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

3. Press Enter.
