    Shutdown problem on my Windows 10 laptop.

    We suggest that you follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issues with the shutdown function of your laptop:

    I will try that... do you think I have complete access to replace the monitor cable without dismantling the laptop from step 1? *Eek! after the last update the mikrophon of my laptop does not work. What can be the problem? :eek:
