Windows 10: After the last windows update the option to print two side Word document disappeared from...

I have been printing two-sided Word documents for over two years on my Brother MFC printer. I had not printed a Word document on the printer for over a week. When I went to print the document the option to print both sides had simply disappeared from print options. The only option available to select was print one side. The option to pint 2-sided is available when I print emails or other non-Word documents.

Printing Word Document

Created a word document and saved it in Rich Text Format (.rtf). Will not print. Office 2007 program pops up and "suggests" I subscribe to Office 365. Just need to print or email this document....tried to convert to PDF, but is blocking my efforts.

Any suggestions??

A factor why you're unable to print properly is due to incorrect printer options. We recommend that you make sure that your printer is selected properly. Follow the steps below:

• Open your document in Word > Hit Ctrl + P.
• Under Printer, select your printer from the drop-down menu.
• Select Print.
