    after the update goes 100 percent and completed but it again it start from 0 percent in windows 10.and i have still not getting what stops my update i didn't restart or do not do anything.

    windows 10 disk usage 100 percent

    Did not help if anything it was a little worse. I did notice defender was running even though Norton is installed. I was able to disable defender. it was a little better. at boot up the usage is 100 percent for 3 to 4 minutes the goes to 0 as soon as I
    open any apps it shoots to 100 percent but will eventually drop down

    Battery not charging to 100 Percent

    I have a Toshiba Satellite L15W-B 1208X Laptop, I had originally put this in eco charge mode.

    I not recently need to know how to disable this mode so that I can charge my laptop to 100 percent.

    Does anybody know how to do this. I have tried unplugging it and it discharges, but it will only

    charge up to 80 percent. I need it to charge to 100 percent.

    I am not even sure what kind of topic this should go under as nothing fits the problem I am having.
