I have WINDOWS 11 home edition; I am a single older female with leukemia. SPECTRUM is my home's service for all my phone/internet/cell phone services. . I have been harassed by thugs we evicted, for years. A few rogue Sheriff personnel were identified, as involved in this criminal harassment. Are the thousands of " Special Logons" indicative of anything? One of the thug's pals was a convict who , before i knew he was a criminal, offered to upgrade my HP desktop; YET HE TURNED IT INTO A GATEWAY to the Internet FOR HIS INMATE PALS. • Click Apply and OK.
• Reboot the PC for the changes to take effect.

It occurs to me that maybe I'm working on the wrong computer. Possibly the remote computer is configured properly and the problem is with the computer sending the wake-up call.

Can someone recommend a step-by-step protocol for pinging or sending a wake up command to the remote computer?
