Windows 10: After two years of sitting in silence, can you help me make a decision?

Greetings, I've totally messed up, perhaps? I remember having to mess around with Task Manager due to a process called "svcs" because it lagged my computer. Sadly, one day which is years in the past. I clicked the wrong process and my account went into an emergency state? My original account is still there, but I'm on a renamed account, Owner.PizzaXYZ.31128... Another issue I've ran into it how Windows recognizes me as just "Owner" at times but in task manager the problem becomes evident, as my full directory is listed of course. My question is how can I restore this account, or should I focu

Thanks. It is easier than you think. Blowing the air up would not be good for my case. It would dumb hot air into my PSU. I don't want it to create a heat issue with the PSU. Thanks for all the help, the suggestions and that link to the CPU cooler benchmarks.
