Windows 10: After uninstalling Bluestacks 4 Window 10 on my laptop E Drive not starting

After uninstalling Blue stacks 4 from Window 10 on E Drive, Windows 10 is not starting. However, Win 8.1 is working properly.

To assist you better, I would like to know; do you get any error message, while trying to run the program?

I would suggest you to uninstall the Bluestack program and try installing it again.

Step 1:

To uninstall follow the steps.

1) Press Windows key + x and select Program and features.

2) Right click on the Bluestack and click on
Uninstall.



Step 2: Install Bluestack application again and check if it helps.

BlueStacks on Windows 10

My laptop used to shutdown without a warning within few minutes of start up.

I did as i was instructed to go the device manager>batteries section and there i was told to disable 2 files( or apps i guess) and then enable them right away.

My computer came back to normal (it did not shut down as soon as it did before) though there were a few minor problems.

Then i installed BlueStacks (which was present before but i had uninstalled it due to this problem).

Everything was going good till i installed few apps and then when i started using an app(game) my laptop got shutdown (without a warning).It got shutdown again when i opened bluestacks and played for quite some time.

It is a BlueStacks 3n version.

Also my dell support assistant stopped responding.

Please help me out with what i should do now?

Should i uninstall bluestacks again?

(But i need it)

Please guide about what steps i must take now.

bluestack app is not working in windows 10

Thank you for the update.

• What is the system specification of the computer you are using?

Basic required is:

2 GB RAM

1 GB graphic card

Some versions of Bluestack are also available for 1 GB RAM and lower graphics card however, you may receive error installing it

If your system meets the above requirement, I would suggest you to uninstall Bluestack and restart the computer.

Install back again and check.
