Windows 10: After update File Explorer does not work right

After a second File Explorer closes by itself. I do not know what is the exact reason but I guess after the Windows update it is broken. I tried to upload an image of the screen also not important because there is no meaning.I restarted to PC and it has still continued.

• Click the Start Menu.
• Right-click File Explorer.
• Choose Pin to taskbar.

I am sorry to know that the File Explorer is not working on the Taskbar.

I suggest you to right-click on it to unpin it from the task bar.

Then search for File Explorer in Search. Then right-click on it to Pin it to Taskbar.

If the issue persists, try the steps below.

• 
  Type CMD in Search. Right click on it to run as an administrator.
  
• 
  Type the following 4 commands at the Command prompt:
  

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

sfc /scannow

powershell

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"} | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

  Close the CMD window.
  
• 
  Check to see if the issue is resolved. If not, restart the PC.

Page Refreshes and Right Click Options Menu Disappears When Right Click On Files and Folders in File Explorer

• When was the last time right-click on File explorer works fine?

A: Never, I belive it has been like this since I upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1.

• Did you make any changes prior to this issue?

A: No, it started doing this ever since I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to 10.

• Are you getting any error message when you right-click on File explorer?

A: No error messages.

• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

A: Nothing, I don't know how to fix it.
