Windows 11 restarting loop, seems to be during or after an update, restarting endlessly

I tried all the recovery steps listed, it did not change the current situation. Lenovo > spinning dots > Restarting... > repeat. I try to access the build in RE and it says preparing and then immediately blue screens with driver_verifier_dma_violation.

 

i get the blue screen saying there is an error and it restarts Windows 10.
