    After update, link to phone does not connect.


    After I updated to the latest version of windows link on PC and link to windows on my galaxy note 20, when I try to scan the qr code it says sign on failed. And constantly says failed and wont let me manually login.

    Phone Link on Android

    Hi Denis, my Phone Link got an update yesterday, before then I could have my phone, pc + router sitting together and when I opened the link on my pc it never connected. I don't know if it was the update or my changeing settings on my oppo A5 2020 but it connected. Will give your method a try. Thanks

    Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

    Phone Link does not connect any more: Hi,all of a sudden my Android phone can't be linked with Windows any more. I reinstalled the app and removed any phone entries. When I try to add the current phone and scan the qr-code produced by Phone-Link I get the message the the qr-code is invalid. Is that a bug???...
