Windows 10: After update of 6/9/2020 my screen is dark

I have two pinpoints of light coming from the right side of the screen like car headlights and have tried all solutions I have found here and on other sites. Uninstalled the updates, three of them will not uninstall. All brightness settings at their max, drivers updated, uninstalled and reinstalled, everything I can think of and suggested here and other websites.


It is not the monitor, I have tested it on another system and it works perfectly. Please help!

Dark Screen and Windows 10 Update - Where is the Fix??

Hello,

Each time you send a Windows 10 update to my computer the screen becomes dark. Since this apparently occurs on a regular basis why doesn't Microsoft send a fix along with the update? I have tried each of the suggested remedies and none have corrected
the dark screen. Typically, to use my computer without wasting an inordinate amount of time I must delete each update that is a non-security update. Why should I be required to become a computer technician to repair a repeated error such as this. Please
fix my dark screen or take my computr off of the automatic update list. I have work to accomplish and am unable to do so because of your Windows 10 update that has darkened my screen. Are you unable to send a fix after you have sent the update or to at least
post a fix on your website? My time is just as valuable as Microsoft and my tolerance is limited. Please send me a fix immrfisyrly for the dark screen that your Windows 10 update caused apparently last evening. Thank you.

focused on the software aspect of your computer. Before we proceed, let us isolate the issue by answering the following questions:

• When did you start to notice the issue with the brightness on your computer?
• Were there any recent changes made on your computer?

We also suggest that you update the display drivers of your computer. Here is a

This issue usually occur due to the display driver is out dated. Let’s try the simple steps and check if it helps to resolve the issue. I would suggest you to update the Display driver from Device Manager manually and check if this helps. Follow the
below steps:

• 
  Press (Windows key + X) and click on “Device Manager”.

  Expand “Display Adaptor”.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver device and select
  update. Once update is done, restart the computer.
