    After update, stuck in undoing last update loop and cannot launch in safe mode


    Hello,

    I recently had a windows update and it needed to restart, I restarted and went to dinner. When I got back from dinner, I am stuck in a undoing last update loop and am unable to launch in safe mode.

    How am I able to fix this? This is my only PC so I am pretty limited on how I can fix this.

    Can provide any other information if needed just not sure how to fix this

    Updated, now stuck in loop, boot in safe mode - no desktop

    Windows 10 April 2018 update-

    After update stuck on blue screen that asks for keyboard layout and then takes me to Windows Rollback which just keeps looping. Booted in safe mode to a previous version of Windows, but then it says it cannot load the desktop and I get a black screen with
    just the recycle bin. No start menu, windows key does not work.

    Suggestions?

    As the title says, my nephews PC is stuck in the Reboot "failed to configure updates" loop. Safe mode DOESNT help, it just keeps looping. anyone have a Solution for this?
