Windows 10: After updated, pop up blue screen and didnot backup recovery key.

I really need help to resolve my issues now.


I purchased ASUS laptop a couple of month ago through Amazon. I have used pretty well without any problems.

Then I updated adding language pack for preventing crack of some language that i need to use.

After that, I have not been able to log in my computer mentioned "Inaccessible boot device" on blue screen.


The other problem is that I were out of the country so I could not verify myself. because I used my cellphone as my log in id.

I could not receive any code for verification.


Now, I have not been able to log in my laptop since three days ago.


Is there other way to get recovery key?

would like to know more about the issue. Please clarify the following:

• Did you get a STOP code?
• Did you install any hardware or driver recently?

Startup Blue Screen

Startup blue screen error(s) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. It could be due to the following:

• Outdated device software drivers
• Corrupted Windows update system files
• Software/Security conflicts

We would like to know some information:

• Did you get any blue screen stop error codes?
• Have you tried booting in Safe mode?

Blue screen Recovery key is not in Microsoft account

In order to assist you in a better way, please let us know:

• When you say “Blue screen Recovery key”, are you referring to Bit Locker Recovery key?
  
• When you say “windows wont open”, what happens when you start the computer?
  

Usually, when setting up BitLocker, you will be asked to save the BitLocker key either in your Microsoft account, on a USB flash drive or a printout. If BitLocker has been setup by another user/technician, that user might have saved the BitLocker key
using one of these options.
