Windows 10: after updating i get red x saying storage full. how do i remove this red x

after updating i get red x saying storage full. how do i remove this red x. I dont have onedrive installed on my pc as i dont want it or any cloud storage. but i get this red x everytime i enstall the latest mircosoft updates.

This Morning I have red X's on all of my files in my OneDrive folder. OneDrive says it's up to date. So what's with the red X's

I had a red x on some pictures did a search and followed what I found ie log out then log back in. Went back on picks the red x are now white x ??
