Windows 10: After Updating My windows 11 audio my headphones aren't detected

I updated my Windows 11 audio and now I can't detect my headphones anymore, I tried using other headphones and reinstalling the Realtek driver and they still don't work. The updated name was Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Extension - 10.23.1.41

Headphones not working and Realtek HD Audio Manager

• Did you check if your headphones work on other device?
• Did you check if your headphone drivers are detected under Device manager?

I suggest you to check if similar issue persists on connecting the same headphones to another computer. If the issue does not persists, I suggest you to check if the headphone drivers are detected under Device manager by following the steps below:

• Press Windows logo + X keys on the keyboard select
  Device Manager from the options.
• Expand Audio inputs and outputs option and check if the headphone drivers are visible in the window.
• Right-click on the headphone driver and select Update this software
  option.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and wait for the update to complete.
• Close the window after the update is complete and check if the changes are effective.

If the headphone drivers are not visible, I suggest you to download and install the latest and most compatible driver software from the device manufacturer’s website and check if the issue is resolved.

Windows 11 not detecting bluetooth headphones as audio device

I recently got a new laptop that runs on windows 11. My problem is that whenever I connect my Bluetooth headphones to my laptop, it connects fine, but it doesn't detect that the headphones are an audio and sound device. Normally, this isn't too big of a deal because most of the time it only takes 10-20 seconds for my laptop to identify the headphones as an audio and sound device. My problem is that there are times when it never determines that the device is audio/sound and I have to disconnect and reconnect, or even completely restart my laptop. There are also times when the headphones are working, and then they stop while using them. Sometimes the headphones are only detected as audio (voice input), other times only as sound (sound output), and sometimes it starts as only one, and then determines it has both capabilities. It just seems to overall have trouble determining what kind of device is connected, once it figures it out, the audio is always perfect like with any other device. I have already tried all the things I could find online about running the troubleshooters, and turning off and back on the Bluetooth services, so I know that won't help. I also regularly use my headphones with other devices, including an android phone, a pc running on windows 10, and in the past a Chromebook so I know the headphones aren't the problem. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

I've been looking for a solution to this problem for about two weeks. It was exhausting and annoying. Tried all methods, but nothing helped.



But finally found a solution!



1. Go to Devices and Printers/Properties (of Bluetooth device)/Hardware/Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R) AVRCP TARGET/Properties

2. Uninstall that driver now



Everything worked for me instantly when I reconnected the headphones after doing these steps.
