Windows 10: After updating to window 11 the horizontal line showing on the top of the screen

After updating updates of window 11 my Asus vivobook 15 screen showing horizontal line on the top of the screen the line coming and going is also show in the bios settings and i also tried to de upgrade but the still line is showing

horizontal pink and blue lines

I have horizontal pink and blue lines starting at the top of my touch screen at start up. The only way to "fix" the problem is to use the touchscreen and restart the computer. I can see a small portion of the desktop at the top of the screen and it appears
normal. Any suggestions?

 

Horizontal lines in my screen

At the top of my desktop screen there are three lines that is showing after booting. This lines shows after boot process. I have desktop which runs Windows 10 and I dont know why I get this. I check the settings and tried some adjustment like changing resolution and scale but it didnt remove the lines at the top. I run Windows update maybe as suggestion of my friend but didn't help at all. Asking for all your help to see if I can address this without buying again.

 

Camera screen shows horizontal lines

My camera shows the picture in the background and then the screen has horizontal lines and different colors on it. The screen I see reminds me of static. Can someone help? Thank you!
