Windows 10: After Updating Window 11 Office 2016 stopped working

I have a new computer running Windows 11, after installing 2022-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems KB5017383 Office 2016 will not run, I try to uninstall and modify Office 2016, the Compter does not respond

Under info for the new office listing on My Visual Studio it states.

Office Professional Plus 2016 (x86 and x64) - (Multiple Languages)
To obtain the product, follow these steps:

I'm thinking option one is going to be my only option. I'm fine with that as long as I can get Outlook to work with my ISP's pop3 e-mail. Last time I tried that with the new 2016 install I could not get it to work, no way no how. All the same settings that work with the ISO install?

EDIT: I should mention, for me as far as I know, neither of these options are a subscription. They use two different keys but they are perpetual one time activation licenses. I only ran the new download briefly though, as I could not get outlook to work. I bailed and went back to what works.

 

windows 11 Microsoft office-2016

I'm using windows 10 present , if i update windows10 to windows 11, is Microsoft office -2016 works on window 11 platform. Because my product having life time access if i update to windows 11 causes any issue with that ?

on june 7, 2016 I received office updates.

Did my windows update stop working or where there NO windows 10 pro 64 English updates????????
