Windows 10: After Updating Windows 10, Still Get "This app is not compatible with this device" message

First off, my genuine thanks to whomever tries to help me out. Much appreciated. Blessings on you.


So, after not being able to install the Windows 10 version of Samsung Notes I did a full major version OS upgrade to my Windows 10 machine.

Wowzers. That "only" took 3 hours, getting to version 2004.


After the upgrade, I still cannot "get" this app. I still get the message "This app is not compatible with this device" in my MS Store app.


I followed ALL of Independent Advisor RneyAlbarando's steps in her accepted answer on another user's "Microsoft Apps Store -- All Apps is not compatible" forum post from a few days ago, except for a system restore no way. Still not able to "get" the app.

Is it time for Windows 10 already?

Thank you for trying to help , i did tried your suggestion but it did not work :/ , nothing seems to make it work on Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709. In the meantime i have bought a new SoundBlasterX AE-5 and it did installed flawlessly , no problems whatsoever. it is up to Creative ( drivers ) and Microsoft ( bug fix ) to fix this huge bugs with Audio.

Cast to device function not working - Device is not responding error message in Windows 10

The issue you are facing with is device specific. You should update the device drivers compatible to the new operating system to which you upgraded to for fine and smooth working of the device.



I suggest you to download the latest device drivers for Samsung HDTV by visiting the manufacturer’s website and check if the issue is resolved.



If the issue persist, I suggest you to install the driver is compatibility mode by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.



Step 1: Compatibility mode runs the program in the current version of Windows using the settings from previous version of Windows.

• 
  Download the latest driver setup file from the manufacturer’s website or locate the driver setup file of the previous operating system in your PC.
  
• 
  Right-click on the driver setup file and click on
  properties.
  
• 
  Click on the compatibility tab, check the box
  Run this program in compatibility mode for, select Windows 10 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation.
  
• 
  Once the driver is installed in compatibility mode,
  restart the PC for the effective changes to take place.
  

Step 2: You can also follow the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• 
  Press Windows logo key on the keyboard and type Run programs made for previous versions of Windows.
  
• 
  Select the top most search result and follow from step 2 from the article
  Make older programs compatible with this version of Windows
  (Also applies to Windows 10).
