Windows 10: After upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Education, previous key cannot be used on...

Hello,today I updgraded my machine from Windows 11 Home Retail version of license to Windows 11 Education provided by my school. Before upgrade, i checked that version of my license was retail Windows 11 Home and i wrote down the product key. This machine was linked to my personal microsoft account. After that I got Windows 11 Education product key from Azure tools for teaching and reinstall my machine to this version. When I was installing windows i used local account. Than i used Education key to activate it. And after that I switched local account to again my personal microsoft accoun

Windows 11 Education product key failed

I recently obtained a Windows 11 education product key through my university's software portal. I had recently installed Windows 11 and saw that I could upgrade to windows 11 education and decided to give it a try. I entered the product key correctly, and I know this because the upgrade was in progress at one point (I think it said it was 89% done or something). I used my computer during the time it was loading, and when I checked in on the upgrade screen, an error message saying that the product key or upgrade failed or something like that. Confused, I entered the product key again, and now it says that the product key doesn't work. Any way to fix this? Should I go back to windows 10 and try again? It's been about 2 days since I upgraded to Windows 11 Home and a day since the upgrade to Windows 11 Education failed for context, and I have a basic access guarantee of 30 days for context.
