Windows 10: After upgrading from Win 7 to Win 10 File explorer has problems

File explorer fails when you click on the app on the task bar.

It has only happened to 3 of the Win 7 computers we have upgraded to Win 10 Pro. How can I fix this issue?

I think in one of the other PC with win 7 or win 8.1 I run media creators tools and in some step prompt/found graphics card not supported... for win 10. I didn't found alone reading specs of win 10, but the tool says me... after changed graphics card the tool said all OK and continued OK with upgrade... That I ask to reach this step in this current PC - win 7 - must be all OK for the upgrade? Or must continue to upgrade to show this?

Win 10 - File Explorer Crashes

I am having a similar problems:

- right clicking on drive, folders andy anything in Quick Access causes file explorer to close down, but right clicking on a file works OK.

- Win+E does not open file explorer, nor clicking on File Explorer from the Start menu. Clicking on File Explorer from Win+X does work.

I upgraded from Windows 7 Pro yesterday (everything else works fine, just problems as listed above). The laptop is a HP ZBook 17 G2 with NVidia Quadro K4100M video card.
