Windows 10: After upgrading RAM and adding an nvme ssd to my system, i started getting random freezes...

Hi everyone, first thanks for reading and sorry if my english isnt on point. 3 days ago i upgraded my system from 16gb to 32gb of ram added 2 sticks of what i already had. Also added an nvme ssd of 1tb AGAMMIXS50L-1T-C. My motherboard is an MSI PRO-B660M-A-DDR4.The error is shown below, and what it happens before is this: main monitor goes black, side monitor freezes, sound still plays for a few seconds during this, then it stops, and 10-20secs later both monitors go black for a second and resumes normally, with the error shown below. Hopefully i explained it well lol. So far it only happe

Windows 10 freezes after upgraded to ssd

I am using lenovo yoga 520 laptop, I Upgraded with NVME SSD which is Adata Xpg SX6000 Lite, after Installing Windows 10 Home in SSD facing Random windows Freezing Issue, it occurs for 20-30 seconds thereafter works normally up to next Freezing.

All Drivers are up to date, Windows booted in UFFI mode, Intel RST drivers Are up to date,

My processor is Intel 8th gen core i3 ,4Gb ram.

I followed too many solutions suggested by others but the issue is same . Windows is up to date no additional software excluding crome and VLC player and preloaded Office 365.

Windows 11 only has 45% of random write speed in Nvme SSD

I suspect not, as some people/tech sites INACCURATELY described a recent MS update as containing a fix: Microsoft Has a Fix For Slow SSD Speeds in Windows 11 | Digital Trends

Not true. What MS addressed was for ALL types of drives, hard and otherwise (basically a "journaling" function), and did not significantly change the SSD NVMe random write issue (when comparing Win 10 to Win 11 performance AND where the SSD contains the operating system). Unfortunately, MS "FIX" for slow NVMe SSDs was blasted all over the Internet. So I suspect MS is now thinking it is a-okay -- nothing more to do here.

How to upgrade RAM and add SSD

Hi Dave,

I had opened my laptop and SSD slot look like NVMe slot .But how do you know that my pc is compatible with NVME SSD.

Can I use 4GB RAM in first slot and in other slot 8GB RAM . Which will give me 12 GB RAM .

Could you also tell me is just adding 8GB RAM in slot enough to increase RAM or there is need of some drivers in it.
