Stuck in Airplane Mode after Win 10 upgrade

After upgrading my Surface Pro 3 to Win 10 today I am unable to turn Airplane mode off.

To be exact I can turn it off but it does not enable any of my network connections and it turns back on within minutes.

Step 1: To turn off Airplane mode from Settings and check.

• Press Windows key, click on Settings
  from the left pane.
• Click on Network & Internet.
• Under Airplane mode turn it off and check.

Step 2: To Turn On or Off Airplane Mode in Network Notification Area Icon

  Click on the Network icon in the taskbar notification area.

Step 3: To Turn On or Off Airplane Mode in Action Center
