After upgrading to windows 11 a couple of weeks ago, the options to scan with my antivirus is no longer in the right click menu in windows explorer. HOW DO I PUT IT BACK??? I need a ONE CLICK solution from Microsoft that will restore ALL the things changed and taken away. Not some third party junk, but an actual solution from microsoft WITHOUT having to jump through a bunch of damn hoops to put things back like I had it.This JUNK about windows 11 being "more secure" is a bunch of BS, they actually REMOVED the easy ability to scan downloaded files for viruses and malware. How the heck could you

Disable folder selection prompt in Microsoft Defender Antivirus scans

Hello Community,

Whenever I attempt to manually scan a file or folder using Microsoft Defender Antivirus, it prompts me to select a folder. This differs from my experience with other antivirus software such as McAfee, where this step isn't necessary. Could anyone please clarify why Microsoft Defender Antivirus requires folder selection for scanning? Additionally, if this step is not essential, is there a way to disable this option? Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
