After upgrading to Windows 11, Most of my games have a microstutter?

Hello everyoneI upgraded to Windows 11 some time ago, and i believe they haven't fixed the performance issues yet?Stuff like: Rocket league, Apex legends and Counter-Strike Global Offensive, has microstutters. If i use Adaptive½ V-SYNC in Apex, it somewhat fixes it? But i hate having V-sync on. I even tried limiting the FPS, Updating drivers, Rolling back NVIDIA drivers, Updating my Chipset for my motherboard.I just wanna know if anyone else is feeling the microstutter? It kinda feels like if you have a perfect running 60FPS and suddenly it drops to 55-50 FPS.. I have also noticed the Windows Me

    :)

  2. Microstuttering and sound popping

Since installing the latest feature update for Win 10, I've had an issue with frequent microstuttering. The fps drop is basically imperceptible, I need to be running an FPS counter to notice it. But the sound issue is egregious. I'm used to some microstuttering running games on laptops, depending on the game. Usually it'll occur when loading a new asset. But here, it's not just games and it impacts the sound. It can happen minutes or seconds apart, feels quite random. It does not seem to be bound to anything going on that I can see on the task manager - it can happen with very low disc, memory and CPU usage. And it can happen when I'm just watching video on VLC. So I have no idea what to do about it, any suggestions?

    Microstutter in Build 2004

I recently updated my Windows 10 to build 2004, and since then every time I connect my bluetooth device, i get microstutter, but when its disconnected, I don't get microstutter. I get microstutter both in audio and video.

    Upgrading to windows 11

I have a few questions about windows 11...

    1. How many GB it is? when my pc suggested the upgrade yesterday, it said it's about 4GB just want to be sure.
    2. I'm using a windows 10 pro so if I upgrade, will it upgrade to a windows 11 pro?
