Windows 10: After upgrading to windows 11, my laptop is not responding. It is just showing a black...

I recently updated my laptop windows to version 11 and started facing black screen issue in lock screen. I am literally unable to provide any inputs or see anything apart from black screen and a mouse cursor.I tried all the solutions available over internet to this problem but nothing worked. I can not even open task manager or device manager using any alternate methods say ctrl+alt+ del or ctrl+shift+esc.Please help me out on this.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
