Windows 10: After using mobile hotspot, internet not working in desktop

Hi,I am using windows 10 in my computer dell. When i am using mobile hotspot to connect other devices like mobile. There is no internet access in my desktop showing error.This site can’t be reachedThe connection was reset.Try:Checking the connectionChecking the proxy and the firewallRunning Windows Network DiagnosticsERR_CONNECTION_RESETAnd if i disconnect off the mobile hotspot, then the internet working well. This problem persist form today 21/06/2022. Kindly do the needfull.

MOBILE HOTSPOT NOT WORKING

1. I have the internet connection.hotspot password also roght. But not working.
2. I tried one more mobile. But not working.

I think any other setting is there?

Hi,

Your Bluetooth connection may be enabled which prevents you from setting up your mobile hotspot. To have this addressed, we suggest turning off the Bluetooth connection and see if you're able to set up your mobile hotspot. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings and select Devices.
• Click Bluetooth, then toggle it OFF.

Once done, check if you can now turn on your computer's mobile hotspot. Let us know how it goes.

Mobile hotspot cutting internet

• How are you connecting to the mobile hotspot?
  
• Which driver did you remove to fix the issue?
  

It appears that you are using USB tither to connect to the mobile internet which is different from mobile hotspot or the computer is connected to a LAN (Wired network).

If the issue is with your wired network, you may follow the steps mentioned in the article below.
