Windows 10: After using snipping tool to record screen video causes cursor jitter and lag

Specs - windows 11 pro 24h2 , gt610 , 8gb ram , 500gb ssd , i3 10105f [all drivers updated]everything works perfectly fine before using snip to record screen video normal screenshot from snip doesnt cause this issue the moment i press start on video record after selecting the window size for it to record, i get massive lag and jitter issue especially with mouse movement, it doesnt fixes itself, i have to restart the windows for it to work fine again

Can't screen record with snipping tool.

When I try to screen record with the snipping tool, it loads for a couple of seconds and then denies me. Any suggestions?

Snipping tool cannot do anything except save page snips. To screen record from Windows 11 there are options here:

Record sound with video using snipping tool.

Record video with Snipping Tool and audio with Sound Recorder or Audacity. Then play them back together. Good as a temporary solution.

Just a little awkward to sync the audio and video.
