Windows 10: After using Windows Memory Diagnostic, my pc starts getting laggy especially Windows...

Recently my pc just ran into BSOD issues 0x0000003b where some website asked to run Windows Memory Diagnostic. After running the diagnostic, my pc starts to lag and Windows Problem Reporting just putting my CPU to 100%

Memory diagnostic test results not found

This is very unusual that you are unable to find the results for Memory Diagnostic test.



Usually, when the memory diagnostic is complete the results will be stored under Event Viewer. Kindly follow the steps mentioned below to access Event Viewer logs for Memory Diagnostic.

1. Press Windows key + R. This will open
   Run. Alternatively, you can go to Start and search for Run.
   
2. In Run dialog box, type eventvwr and hit enter.
   
3. Now expand Windows Logs and click on
   System.
   

You can use the filter or the find option in Event Viewer to check for specific logs. You can try the steps mentioned below to filter memory diagnostic results in Event Viewer.

1. Right click on System and click on
   Find.
   
2. Now type Memory Diagnostic results and click on
   Find Next
   

This should pull up the results for Memory Diagnostic that you have ran.

The Windows Memory Diagnostic tool detects any errors that occur in RAM and other hardware. There is a possibility that certain hardware on your computer could be having issues. For proper isolation, kindly answer the queries below:

• When did the issue start?
• Did you encounter any error messages?
• Any recent changes made on the computer prior to the issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done to resolve the issue?
• Are you able to complete the Windows Memory Diagnostic procedure?
• Which Windows 10 version/build is currently installed on your PC? To check, type
  winver in the search option.

Memory Diagnostic failure

Might not be the memory which tends to cause crashes if at fault. Suggest you remove the laptop battery for a couple of minutes and / or try to boot into safe mode.
