    Dell Vostros 15 7590

    The click of the mouse on taskbar opens apps or/and Edge, then "click" freezes, arrow still moves. Cannot close apps or Edge.

    My workaround: ctrl+altr+delete, arrow up to "switch user", log on again, screen refreshes, no problem.

    I was using windows 10 version 1909.It was running fine but after updating to windows inside progamme .I got version 2004.

    After Updating to version 2004.After updating.I realized the windows was not detecting my mouse and keyboard.I tried to use windows in recovery mode.But still keyboard and mouse was not working.I need help

    Hi guys. 4 days ago my mouse in my dell precision windows 10 laptop started freezing. The right click would not respond at clicking. i did alt+ctrl+shift renewed the windows explorer and then the left click function of the mouse would be reed but I had no right click.
    I called dell and they came and changed the entire mouse pad but still no success.
    I downloaded the shellexview as was proposed in another thread and followed the steps to disable the pink ones, still no result.
    Today I did format in the laptop and reinstalled windows 10. a few hours later the problem was back. After the format I installed again shellexview and repeated the steps. still no result
    I am running out of options. Please any help would be greatly appreciated

    I had this same problem after "1909" version (3 weeks ago).

    Yesterday I got the "2004" version and my keyboard is still not working.

    Already made the drivers thingy (at least it helped with the tactile keyboard, never had problems with the mouse with "1909"). I can not believe I will have to work with an external keyboard forever, I mean, c'mon, there must be a solution as I'm not the only
    one.

    Also making the reboot and going back to another version doesn't work. I didn't try it of coursre but other people (including near friends) tried it and it didn't work.
