Windows 10: After Win 11 update I cannot download the Phone Link app. How do we fix this, immediately?

Phone Link worked flawlessly in WIN 10 rev. 2 days ago the WIN11 update was forced onto my corporate laptop. After several reboots, and logging into my Microsoft accounts tried my personal and my work accounts, and then going to the Microsoft store page with the PHONE LINK download icon, when I hit the "Get in App Store" button, NOTHING HAPPENS. Cleared cache, rebooted, tried Edge and Chrome, same inoperability of that "Get in App Store" button. Seems as if WIN 11 stomped on the prior PHONE LINK app, since after searching, there was zero sign of it anywhere on my laptop. I used this every da

Here's the steps to update EMUI 4.1.1 to 5.0 :

• Download the EMUI 5.0(desired version) .zip file, and unzip it.
• Place the .hwt file in the HWThemes folder from your phone.
• Using the Themes app, apply the new theme.
• Restart the phone, in order to see all the new changes.

Windows 11 Phone Link app fixes (2023)

I'll give you everything possible for fixing Phone App in Windows 11. Even if you've tried a step please try it over in sequence here:

1) See if you can System Restore to a point before the problem started: How To Use Windows 11 System Restore Point (4 Ways)

System Restore is your first line of defense and can take you back to a point before a problem began like a time machine. If it doesn't help then you can undo it. Read about it first in the tutorial above and then try restoring to just before this started. If System Restore is not enabled on C drive do that now so it's available in the future.

If the problem repeats or System Restore doesn't work then check which Windows Updates were installed at Settings > Update & Security > Windows Updates > Update History, uninstall them there or System Restore again, then immediately check for and block the Updates with the Hide Updates tool explained here: How to stop only a specific update from installing in Windows 11
