    after Windows 10 update my laptop got reset everything


    Hi. After I updated my windows 10 and I realized that all of my files are completely gone and only less than 10 apps were left and every time when I start my laptop, it automatically resets everything again. Speed of laptop got way worse than before too. How can i restore my files and apps and fix this issue?

    Is it time for Windows 10 already?

    I can't get update KB3035583 on my windows 7 SP1 laptop, also I was missing the optional language packs updates, I have tried "resetting" windows updates Windows Update - Reset - Windows 7 Help Forums and I have tried stopping and restarting the windows update service, did not help.
    Would anyone have a suggestion on how to get this KB3035583 update? It's genuine windows 7 SP1 home premium.

    Edit: Is this windows 10 upgrade only for people who bought (a computer with) windows 7 SP 1?
    I bought this laptop with windows 7.

    Windows 10 fails to update


    When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

    Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

    I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.
