Windows 10: After Windows 10 update on 5th July 2018, Windows is not booting.

After windows 10 update on 5th July 2018 my laptop is not booting. Laptop make is ASUS and model is N550. It came preloaded with Windows 8 after that have upgrade to Windows10. This is 3 or 4th time after windows 10 update my laptop is not booting. Everytime I am using ISO file and then doing re-installation as all the option provided are not working.

1. SYSTEM RESTORE : Can't be done for current version

2. Resetting PC is not allowed

3. Automatic Restore is not working.


Even after disabling the windows update it is updating and causing the issue.

Is there a permanent fix for windows 10 update or else provide me a way to recover my product key so that can revert back to Windows 8.


Don't want to waste time always fixing this issue.
