Windows 10: After Windows 11 KB5025239 Windows Explorer wont start up.

I have this issue where windows explorer would not launch at all after start up with the latest update. After logging in windows launches to a black/blank screen and doesnt load the desktop/taskbar.I can still bring up the task manager and launch things that way but no desktop, no task bar. So if i tried to manually launch windows explorer from run, it crashes again. Luckily i could uninstall the update from cmd prompt.After uninstalling windows works fine again.Is uninstalling windows update every 5 weeks going to be my only way to deal with this issue?I have an acer predator laptop, gtx1060,

Update KB5025239 - Windows 11 Pro error

Hi,

Please try uninstalling the update KB5023778.

To do so, run this command:

• wusa /uninstall /kb:5023778
  

And then install the LCU using the offline installer.

are you running IE7? if not that wouold be my first suggestion,upgrade to ie7 that can fix some stability issues with windows explorer
