Windows 10: After Windows 11 update, favorites are no longer at top

After a Windows 11 update, my favorites are no longer at the top left of file explorer. OneDrive is there and is always open. Which is very inconvenient when I want to go to my documents or desktop folder. Because now I'm forced to scroll down through all of my OneDrive folders to get to my favorites. How do I move my favorites back to the top? How do I make sure my OneDrive folder is always collapsed?

IE 11 Favorites Issue

I'm using IE 11 in Windows 10 and have two issues.

1st I can only see my Favorite list when I am on the home page. If I am on anything else and click on the Favorites button the list is empty. If I go back to my Home Page and click on the Favorites Button all my links and favorites are listed.

2nd I organize Favorites the way I like by the most used at the top. It stays that way for a very short time then reverts back to putting everything alphabetically

Right-Click on Edge Favorites only working on the top bar; not drop down list

Everything that appears on the Favorites Bar (across the top) also appears in a folder (called "Favorites Bar") in the favorites "pane". So, just expose the favorites "pane", by clicking on the "hub" (the icon with the 3 little lines), and then
the "star" (but not the star at the very top!). Then navigate tot he Favorites Bar folder.

Once there, you can use the normal right-click technique to get to the context menu... like you'd expect
