    After windows 11 update, search not showing the applications installed in laptop?.It shows only files and folders not the applications. Tried the below troubleshooting steps but the issue still persist.Restart searchhost.exe service via task manager Search setting.Open Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Searching windowsTurn off -> Respect power settings when indexingSelect -> Enhanced To search entire PC Restart windows search seviceIndex rebuildReset PCAfter reset PC it is working but in few days again it is not working.     Go to add/remove programs and enable showing of Windows updates

    FIXED!! Windows 7 sp1 never ends searching for updates

    Ok I let it searching for updates overnight again.
    If its still searching tomorrow with no results, I just let it be, then I just leave it as is, at least I have SP1 and internet explorer 11 installed.

    About the GWX update: Windows 10 does not like my old laptop: Which windows 10 version to choose
    I leave it as is with windows 7sp1, updated or not*Stick Out Tongue After windows 11 update, search not showing the applications installed in laptop? :p

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
