    Hi,
    I enabled tray balloon on my Windows 10 but it is showing up on the top left corner of the screen.

    Annoying small blue popups in bottom right corner of screen

    About the beginning of Feb 2022, small blue popups (sometimes with a red "X" followed by a green check mark, and other times with just a green checkmark) have been popping up intermittently in the bottom right corner of the screen. The popups are mostly off screen so I can't read what they might say since only the upper left corner of the popups are visible. Each popup has 3 beep sounds and lasts for about 1-2 seconds and then disappears.

    I've restarted Win10 and not opened any programs and waited. The popup occurred after about 2 minutes. So it doesn't appear to be related to Firefox since I never opened it. I assume the popups are happening within Win10.

    I'm running Windows 10 Home, Version 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1526).

    Any ideas?
