Windows 10: after windows restore, im getting stuck to start up setup.

Hi been trying to restore my laptop multiple times now and keeps and everytime after restore, theres getting stuck in the windows setup. e.g asking for location, keyboard layout and language etc. and everytime i put all credentials, i keep ending into a loop and computer will ask again for location.

Windows setup errors : Stuck at "Setup is starting"

I got a problem now. My laptop cant install Windows.

This is the story :

Im playing games with my laptop for few hours and then my laptop got a crash and then im doing force shutdown. And then im realize that im accidently cause some disk errors. I tried again and again to fix my problem till i was so frustrated, im format the disk. After that, the installation was going nicely until i split the storage space for the C: and D: . its taken so much time so im decided to do another force shutdown. Since then, i cant enter the setup because its always stuck at "Setup is Starting".

Computer specs :
-intel celeron 1.5 ghz
-4 gb of ram
-300 gb of HDD

Any solution for this?????.

 

Im stuck in the Aptio Setup Utility

So im in the Aptio Setup Utility, i’ve tried to fix it myself but failed. Now i just want to know what to do as i Don’t have the CSM setting and i cant disable secure boot in the “boot” section so im either missing something or im just stuck on the Aptio Setup, please help me.

• What was the exact issue that you were facing that lead to perform restore?
• Did you receive any error message, when the system restore got stuck?
• Did you install any third party security application?

Since the computer is being stuck, I suggest you to restart the computer and try to perform the restore again and check if it helps.

I also suggest you to provide more information regarding the issue which led to perform system restore along with the make and model of the computer.
