Windows 10: After Windows Update, Nvidia Installer cannot continue...This graphics driver could not...

Hello,My Gaming LaptopAcer Predator Helios 300 is new and barely 7 months old. When I'm working inside of Unity or Maya or Connect an external display, the computer kept crashing into Blue Screen of Death. The last time it happened I checked the problem details under Windows Reliability and saw that it gave an error code 116. I used the code to search for solutions and updated the Intel and Nvidia Graphics driver on my computer to the latest one based on the information I found online.A while ago, while trying to put another Window of a second instance of the VLC media player beside the one

Frustrating problem: nVidia installer cannot continue the graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware

I upgraded 2 days ago to windows 10, my pc meets double the requirements for the OS, but I have this problem with my Geforce 210 GPU. It is in the compatible graphics cards list, but windows 10 won't recognize it no matter what. It's not even listed as
a display adapter in device manager, but after a lot of searching, i found it is listed as "Generic pnp monitor". I tried to uninstall the drivers and install them manually but the setup keeps giving me the "nvidia installer cannot continue the graphics driver
could not find compatible graphics hardware" message, and that's because windows can't detect my graphics card. I got the latest driver from nVidia, I tried to install the geforce experience, but it gave me the same nVidia installer cannot continue message.
I tried removing the card and all the usual stuff but it doesn't work. I have tried to reinstall the OS 3 times, but it didn't work. I have a lot of knowledge about drivers and how they must be installed because i have my own pc service company, but this is
a very special case and it just looks like there's no solution for this. I have tried for 2 days in a row to fix this, but there's just not any way i know that can fix it. If somebody knows how to fix this I would really appreciate it, because I'm getting
really frustrated.

 

NVIDIA DRIVER 307.83

The issue still the same.

I went to NVIDIA Web site and they suggested to download a new driver

GE force 353.62. I was able to downloaded but was not able to install it due to:

"NVIDIA Installer cannot continue this graphic driver could not find compatible graphic hardware"

I don't know what to do anymore

Any other suggestion?

Hello I am trying to install graphics drivers for my gtx 1060.

I am using windows 10 64 bit.

I am using windows 10 64bit drivers from NVIDIAs site.

My error:

NVIDIA installer cannot continue

This NVIDIA graphics driver is not compatible with this version of windows.

Update: Windows needed to be updated to a more recent version. Working great now.
