Windows 10: After years, my Windows installation is suddenly invalid?

I have had a legit copy of Windows 7 Professional 64-bit SP1, bought and paid for, installed on my workstation for years, no problems. Recently, I allowed Windows Update to install an 'Important' update. Immediately after, I started getting messages about my Windows installation being invalid and that it couldn't be activated online. What's up with that, and what is the solution? Please, answering with a suggestion to upgrade to a current version of Windows is not helpful.I have the original installation DVD and serial number.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows Update suddenly hangs?

Windows Update is suddenly hanging for some reason... I went and downloaded and installed the first bunch of updates, restarted when asked, and now when I go back to windows update I just get the window with a white box forever. Reboot and it still does it. This happens to be on my main machine, running windows 7.

I've also noticed when I reboot it says configuring windows update, step 3 of 3, 47%. Maybe it somehow skipped something and is screwed forever?

 

Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
