Windows 10: agent incompetent complaint

Discus and support agent incompetent complaint in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; I have been on the chat from 11.05 to 16.18 now.     I have been on the chat from 11.05 to 16.18 now. I had a very arrogant and totally incompetent agent. I asked the same question over and over again for hours, nothing, she made me repeat continuously, she gave me wrong answers, when i told her or him i do not know the name is Ronalene Mae reference number 1047416416 for the chat She or he did not know what to say. I asked to talk to a supervisor she/he told me i had to wait 3-4 minutes i waited 32 minutes and i could not talk to supervisor. AS far as i know I have the right to talk to supervisor. It is 16.32 now and he she keep me asking the

I will ask any agency, government office if a customer can have such an horrible experience. We pay a lot of money for the software, and we get nothing.

    Complaint of Incompetence

    I bought a game which the dev website says is still a cross-platform game, XBOX Anywhere game. When I tried to play it today on PC, the MS Store gave me an error that the trial period was over, however, I own the game. When I finally got patched through
    for support, they kept insisting I was confused about the game being able to run on the PC... It is clearly labelled as able to run on the PC. I installed it on the PC. The game dev website says it runs on PC and XBOX. When I reiterated this, Alex patched
    me through to the account manager Sean (Shawn?), account manager in the Philippines, who continued to tell me that I was confused. So not only are both gentlemen incompetent and insulting, the problem is still unresolved, and they're still employed.

    To clarify, they kept telling me that XBOX anywhere games are only available to play on XBOX and that the game I had already installed on PC wasn't able to be installed or used on PC. They directed me to the XBOX game installation page away from the MS Store
    for PC games. The original explanation was that the game was no longer available through PC, but that was a blatant lie.

    So, the questions:

    1) how can I fix the problem I have regarding to paid-for content not working?

    2) why doesn't MS have a useful system for technical support?

    3) where's the actual suggestion and complaint system? you can't have employees who literally don't know their job.

    #2 MS has a support system in place that works for THEM, and for us sometimes

    #3 There isn't a complaint system. MS "knows" everything is fine (for them).
