Windows 10: Agptek U3 Mp3 not playing any files

Hi,I recently bought an Agptek U3 Mp3 player, to replace the same brand of player that recently broke. I had the music files stored on a 32 GB Micro SD card in my old player. However, when I inserted this card into my new player, some albums did not play at all, even though I could see the files listed in the player. The files played no problem in my old player so I'm pretty sure its not a format problem. What could be the issue here? Thank you.

AGPTEK U3 USB Stick Mp3 Player, 8GB Music Player

I have a AGPTEK U3 USB Stick Mp3 Player,
8GB Music Player and when i plug it into my computer, the screen lights up showing its connection with my computer and
im able to transfer music. But when I unplug it and try to go to any of the "apps" (FM radio, music, etc.,) it says initializing and then the screen goes black. Not sure why its doing this?

 

Unable to connect the AGPtek 8GB MP3 player on Windows 10 laptop

I have a AGPtek 8GB mp3 player, but when connected to my laptop running windows 10.When I look where the drives are picked up the AGPtek is not there. "So how do you put music on to this player when there is no drive to be seen.

I have also changed cables to see if that is the problem, but no that is not the problem.

"Can anybody help me out with this problem"?

The only drives which are picked up are my own. C. D. E and Go flex drive F

groove music doesn't play mp3 files

When I double click a playlist file (.wpl) in File explorer, Groove music opens and starts playing the songs in the list (mp3 files). However, when I double click any mp3 file in File explorer, Groove music opens but it doesn't play the song.

Is this by design, or what?
