Hello, please post a screenshot of the message you are getting. If it disappears when trying to use e.g. the SNIP tool, then use full screen capture. (Prt Sc key on keyboard, then open e,g, Paint and paste it in).

    Meanwhile, guessing, is this relevant?

Hi, Computer Support Forums - FreePCHelp.uk does seem to be valid. Have you tried it in other browsers? I see a page when I use Firefox.
I assume 'Aw snap' is some cryptic colloquial error message from Chrome.

As to why it happens on sign-in, I'd look at your start-ups.

Try a clean boot- does it happen then? If so, it's something in your scheduled tasks.
(Clean Boot - Perform in Windows 10 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts - Windows 10 Forums
    part 1)

If it doesn't happen then, enable start-ups 1 by one or several at a time and work back to identify the cause.

Hi, do you get any more info if you click 'Learn More' on the Chrome page?

What happens if you set a different browser as your default when this occurs?

Again, as to discovering what's triggering that, it's a process of elimination which only you can do. For example, I think it would not happen in Safe Mode with Networking. Then there's a clean boot as I suggested. If it still happens then, is something scheduled, or malware. The latter sounds unlikely as the URL is valid. What isn't obvious is why Chrome is failing to display an apparently correct URL, which is why I suggest swapping browsers as a trial.

Have you ever had a login for the site? Does Chrome have an auto-fill feature where it completes web forms and log-in data?
