    Air Dongle Issue


    Upgraded an ASUS Transformer T100 from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 Home. Verizon and AT&T 4G usb dongles worked in 8.1, fail to start (turn on) in Windows 10.

    Any ideas where to start looking?

    Can't install drivers for WiFi dongle

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting on Microsoft Community.

    Since you have already tried installing in compatibility mode. I suggest that you contact the dongle support group to check if the device is compatible with Windows 10.

    Lumia 710 Unable to Update 7.8 800720D5 Error

    Hi,

    Reg: Error While updating to Win 7.8.

    I was notified thru Air that a New Update is available for me. The next day when tried to Update using Zune. This is error i got:

    Unable to check for a Update Now, Try again later.

    Error Code: 800720D5

    I used 3G USB Dongle to connect to internet.

    Please help on how to get the Update.
