Windows 10: Airplane mode is the only option on my Laptop

Please bare with me, I'm on mobile.

As the title says, airplane mode is the only mode available on my laptop. I cannot connect to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth and I don't know why. It was working ~7 hours ago and for the past ~6 hours I've been trying to fix it. I've done everything they've said to do online, I've looked at dozens of YouTube videos, and nothing has worked. I'm thinking about bringing it to the shop and seeing what they can do but, I don't want to spend too much money on something that I could fix myself.

Notes that might be relevant:

• I downloaded Norton360 today and a few hours after i did this happened (I tried the firewall solve and nothing worked).

• This is an Envy x360 Touch Screen laptop and is fairly new (8 months old).
